The Raskin Method of Health and Wellness Coaching

Classes begin Thursday 4/20/17

The Raskin Method is a unique Health and Wellness Coaching System. This method takes in to account the personal needs of both the coach and the client. Using 3 key components and a choice of 3 styles of coaching, the coach and the client will be able to see successful results quickly and throughout all aspects of life.

This 2 week course will help you to understand your clients better as to what aspect or aspects of the 3 keys they need the most help with and which type of coaching style will suit them best.

Once you complete this course, you will be able to start to guide your clients towards a more structured life by being able to help them identify their own obstacles. You will also be able to structure and understand how to guide your own life to the level you desire.

This course is held in an online format and you will be expected to complete assignments, discussions, and tests, as well as, attend live online lectures. The live lectures will be held once per week and will be an interactive forum to get real time questions answered.

This course is designed to help the health and wellness practitioners and coaches understand the relationship of the human body systems and how that each component is a part of a bigger picture to helping guide a client to their goals.

During this 2 week course, you will learn the core aspects of the 11 systems of the body and how the relate to one another in a symbiotic organism.

Once you complete this course, you will be able to communicate with clients to help them better understand their bodies and how enhancing each system can guide them towards their goal.

This course is held in an online format and you will be expected to complete assignments, discussions, and tests, as well as, attend live online lectures. The live lectures will be held once per week and will be an interactive forum to get real time questions answered.

Mindfulness with a Purpose

This course is designed to help the coach and the client understand the use of mindfulness techniques to keep you on track towards your goal. You will learn different theories for unlocking the mind and allowing yourself to relax.

This 2 week course will help you to understand how mindfulness works and the different types that can be used. The mindfulness techniques will always be goal oriented for your clients needs.

Once you complete this course, you will be able to start to guide your clients towards a more structured life by being able to help them focus on relaxation.  You will also be able to structure and understand how to allow yourself to relax and focus on your goals.

This course is held in an online format and you will be expected to complete assignments, discussions, and tests, as well as, attend live online lectures. The live lectures will be held once per week and will be an interactive forum to get real time questions answered.
